Saving Time and Reducing Risk
An alarming amount of time, lost evenings and weekends, is spent preparing for a major pitch, divestment, IPO or key note event. Preparation is clearly a good thing. But actually it is how you prepare that makes the biggest difference. We find that typically most of the effort goes into crafting the perfect PowerPoint slides largely at the expense of rehearsal and practice question handling. The former is relatively easy to do, the latter two less so. This is a risky strategy that more often than not results in a lacklustre performance. Working with us we help redress the balance to ensure that the preparation time is better spent and so reduce the risk. The management team or speaker goes out with much greater confidence knowing they have had all their crashes in the simulator!
